effy's wed part 3: pusing2 bandar kuching

ok, after akad nikah effy, the next activity was pusing2 Kuching cause for me, ima and eni were the time we had and together with the others...so, what's activity we did? river cruise caused hujan nk turun and our mission to buy cake lapis and also ikan terubuk masin....supposedly, we went to the famous market near Kuching but due to limit time we had, just bought it at Kuching plus there was cny celebration coming, which I heard most of the stall at market was closed

 

it caused us rm20/person for the cruise....to go to the famous cake lapis factory, u have to cross the river by pay rm0.50/way or just take the cruise like us...the cruise will take u to the factory either mira or dayang...we choose to go to mira and most of the cake cost about rm10/packet and some cheese cake cost rm20/packet...besides cake, they sold kuih cincin and some of the local cracker and pase for cooking like laksa Sarawak...and we also bought ikan masin terubuk next to mira's factory and don't worry guys caused the workers will pack your fish perfectly and ask them to pack it in the box...ok, the price is ok and the highest price was about rm10/fish...I bought 2 and actually it was not enough...haha...like my mom said....the fish was not salty compare when my dad bought it during his visit to Sarawak which was many years ago

 

I have some tip for buy the cake lapis...which actually I learn from my mistake...I personally think that, just buy few pieces of cake from the factory and buy some at the other side of the river where the city was located...the taste was quite ok and it was a home make cake lapis and the price was cheaper compare to the factory...and the laksa Sarawak past katanya it was quite ok compare u buy at the factory....if u want to buy a souvenir, korang beli kat area kedai which is near the cruise...it was quite cheaper...for example it cost me about rm1.50/piece for the cat fridge magnet...and I make a mistake with not buy it a lot and the key chain price is quite cheaper and it was about rm1/piece...haha...next trip at the other place, I will remember to buy it more...haha. and u can also buy Sarawak batik which u can make a beautiful blouse or dress or baju kurung from the batik

 

at night, my new friend...sharma, bring us to the famous pizza in Sarawak, which I forget the name...haha...the bread was so soft and the inti was so yammy...haha...and paling x leh lupa was our journey pusing2 Kuching with the car during late evening and at the night...haha

our first boat ride that cost rm0.50/ride....oh ya, the factory for the famous cake lapis was located at the end of the river...so, need to go after sarawak dun building...hehe, kitaorg salah naik actually due to the miscommunication with the local people...hehe

after the mistake boat ride...during this time, the water river is quite high due to the heavy rain....a day after I come back to kl...Sarawak di landa banjir besar..hm..hm...

effy wedding part 2:majlis akad nikah

assalamualaikum

 

ok...part 2 utk majlis kawin effy, akad nikah....berlangsung on Saturday, 6/2/16 at 10.00 am...cuaca? hm...start awal subuh hujan hingga the end of the ceremony...hujan rahmat....amin...and effy need to go for makeup at 5 am...wow!!memang agak pelik for me and effy was the second one who arrive at the bridal shop means that a person b4 her maybe arrived at 4am....mak ai...that's where I learn about uniknya majlis akad nikah at Sarawak...hehe

 

ok, effy look sooo gorgeous with her white dress...hantaran if I didn't mistake were 9 from effy's side and 7 from effy's side....ok, apa yg menarik ms akad nikah effy? I like the way how tok kadi handle the majlis...even khutbah nikah pun x mcm selalu kita dengar means that tok kadi x baca khutbah tu drp buku shj...di huraikan based on the current situation with the Sarawak slanga...kamek, kacak, etc...

 

and with sekali lafaz, effy and sharul sah bergelar hubby and wife...yeah!!!alhamdulilah....majlis akad nikah berjalan dengan lancer sekali...amin....

effy's wed part 1: majlis berinai

assalaualaikum

 

 

ok, bg  memanjangkan  post kat blog ni  and to put many photo in 1 entry...makanya I decided to divide effy's wed into few entries...ok, for the first one is all about majlis berinai dulu

 

Dayang Shafinaz bt Abang Mustapa...how do I know this cute lady...I knew her more than 10 years ago, as we're at the same batch for biomedicine in MSU...convo together and most of our time in MSU, we're at the same class. plus effy lived at the same house with eni and ima...and I borrow her princess hour cd too...hehe...after finished our degree she went further her study in medicine at India while I went to USM, Kelantan...and currently she works as a doctor in Sarawak while me still on my way to grab the dr tittle...hehe...

 

ok, effy lived in Kuching, sarawak and  I was super excited to go there as that was my first visit to the Borneo's island...so, after booked the ticket with ima, eni and me we flew there at the early in the morning by malindo air...tq to ima's hubby because sent us there and there were a lot of people at the airport due to the cny...fly with malindo air, it was my first experience flew with it...like what other people said..ada movie (english, indon, hindi) and also sitcom. got free drink and cake during the fly...and the view of Sarawak sea from the flight was beautiful...got to see  some islands b4 we touch down

later, we went to the hotel where majlis berinai and nikah were held...at dormani hotel, Kuching..from there,  I able to see my other MSU's friend: shasha, mur, Shirley and met new friends who also had a history with MSU: fizah and shila..and others bridesmaid yg x sampai lagi..haha, I will introduce them in my next entry..Dormani hotel ni  ok servicenya,  just agak jah sikit dr river tu...haha, x  de lah jauh sgt...korang kena jln kaki sikit je...makanan pulak? mlm2 ada gerai yg di buka betul2 dpn hotl ni. blk dia pulak ok,  sederhana shj, x besar sgt and best part were ada sejadah and yassin..wifi  pun. just ask kat kaunter  what is the password  and for 3 bilik with  3 person it cause about rm 160 including breakfast

the theme for majlis berinai was wore black clothe..so, as for me, I  sanglup  my sis clothes and ima helped me for the makeup...as for effy, wow she looked super gorgeous  and ala2 actor we used  to  see during p  ramlee time...light makeup with the nice hair done..the  person who put the 'inai'  to effy, effy's family and us was  rain....sian rain, she worked about  10 hours for majlis berinai...so, long and  her work was fantastic and penuh teliti...ok, cause I didn't  know the price to draw inai  or henna, one of my friend said that her price was way cheaper compare to KL...the lowest price for   one hand cost about rm7 and the highest was rm18/hand....maybe I  should survey the price for inai draw  in KL also..hehe...b4 I forget, all  of my friend I  met in Kuching was a  doctor...and one of them looked interested to be inai artist as their job...hehe...become doctor in general hospital is quite  tough compare to klinik kesihatan, so  just  layan je lah cita2  mereka itu

due to the  line queue for  inai draw, rain start  to draw my inai at 8.30...oh ya, we start the event  at 3pm....during waiting, we talked to each other, had photo together, eat and watch dilwale without subtitle...haha...tlg  bwk dulang hantaran  effy ke bilik dia and pass tu pengsan reramai..haha

ok, sedikit petua I dpt: for removing the inai from tangan used the tissue first b4 watch it water and make sure betul2 kering tau...mcm inai bridesmaid tu, tertanggal sendiri  bila kering...x  payah susah2 nk bilas atau sinki tu akan penuh dengan warna merah...tuala pun sekali...so, lap dgn tissue tau

tara...this is my inai and cost about rm 10

alhamdulilah....hapi birthday to me

assalamualaikum

 

 

di kala uni ni cuti dek cny...I gi uni due to few things and of course utk update blog di kala both boss are holiday..

 

 

last January, on 29 was my birthday....yg ke...haha, alhamdulilah I am official 31 years old...personally, I don't believed I already reach that  age and like what kak diya  always said..'ni usia u akan jadi cantik plus jelita'...cantik ke idak...lets wait and see

 

 

My wish list for this year are:

1. hope my study will be smooth...easy to get subject, publish paper and had good relationship with my supervisor and both co supervisor...and I can get into my study track..in short, di permudahkan segala urusan and be better me as a student

 

2.  stay healthy and beautiful plus fit. so, I can had a lot of travel this year 

 

3.  dimurahkan rezeki and be nice to other person and perbanyakkan ibadah padaNYA

 

4. Finding 'him'....haha...what a big question which I don't know how to answer it..please pray for me
